Typing

One of the funniest things I have discovered is that my students flip out when I start to type. They are completely amazed at the speed at which I type. It's pretty funny to hear the "look at how fast she's typing" circulated around the room. If I want to really awe and amaze them I type while watching them. They can't seem to imagine how I can type without looking at either the screen or the keyboard. It's pretty amusing. So for the record my fingers are definitely not lightning fast but not too bad if I do say so.
